For the past four decades, River Construction’s multi-faceted safety program has been continuously and collaboratively designed to promote a culture of Awareness, Consciousness, and Action. It is in everyone’s best interest for us to have an Experience Modifier Rating (ERM) lower than 1.0, and our talent makes sure that happens every year.
Our standard is Zero Incidents, Zero Injuries, Zero Harm to Equipment.
