Description:

River Construction constructed Stolt-Neilsen Terminals’ Docks 3 and 4 to meet
demand and enhance customer experience at one of its bulk liquid and gas storage services on
the lower Mississippi River. The project involved installation of 36 owner-supplied timber pilings,
provision and installation of 30” and 36” steel pipe pilings, construction and installation of
transitional piperack and pipeway, roadway and walkway structures, setting owner-supplied
materials, and all landside concrete work. River Construction worked in partnership with the
Stolt Comex, Stolt-Neilsen’s general contracting arm, to accomplish this job.
