After Hurricane Ida, River Construction replaced 240 linear feet of 30” HDPE
submerged discharge line, including the installation of 18 concrete weights. This emergency
salvage job was critical to implementing Shell’s regional production and distribution contingency
plan required after disaster-related refinery shutdowns.
